This is an agreement between Veteran Benefits Consulting LLC. and  

_______________________, who address is ____________________________________ on  today’s date________________, at __________am/pm.

________(1). Consultation Services. Veteran Benefits Consulting LLC agrees to work on your  behalf to review, upload, assist, and maximize your entitlements in accordance with regulated  guidelines.

_____ (2). Terms of Agreement. This agreement will begin on _________________or three (3)  days after agreement date. Either party may cancel this agreement within 72 hours or (3) days’  notice to the other party in writing, by certified mail, or e-mail with subject line stating  Cancellation (benefitveterans@icloud.com).

_____ (3) Devoted Time. It is anticipated the consultant will spend approximately 10 hours a month in fulfilling its obligations under this contract. This amount of time may vary from day to day or week to week. However, the consultant shall devote at least a half of hour a month  reviewing files once completed and updated in accordance with this agreement.

_____ (4). Rendered Services. The consultant will perform most services within the office or  anywhere there is Wi-Fi in accordance with this contract. In addition, the consultant will perform  services on the telephone and at such other paces as designated by the organization to perform  these services in accordance with this agreement.

_____ (5). Payment to VBC. Direct deposit will be set-up to come out of your account on the  1st of every month in accordance to agreement and contract as listed below until the services  member term ends or percentages decreases below 50%. Veteran Benefits Consulting LLC will  mail out end of the year statements.  

 

_____ (6). Confidential Information. VBC agrees that any information received by the  consultant during any furtherance of the consultant’s obligations in accordance with this  contract, which concerns the personal, financial or other affairs of the company will be treated by  the consultant in full confidence and will not revealed to any other persons, firm or organization.

_____ (7). Employment of Others. The company may from time to time request that the  consultant arrange for the services of others. All cost to the consultant for those services will be  paid by the company.

*** Percentage below are estimated VA ratings--monthly fees associated to percentages as  listed; if you agree to terms and conditions initial beside each rating block. Any rating 30% and  below will be free of charge but once you’ve received 40% or above fees will be charged  monthly. *** 

____ 40- 70% = 150.00 monthly  

____ 80 - 100% = 200.00 monthly  

____ 100% terms 0-10yrs 30 months, 10 – 20yrs = 42 months, 20+yrs = 60 months
